"We arrived to check into our room at 4:45 pm. There was a very long line and people waiting all over the lobby. People had been waiting 1.5 hours for a room. The lady in front of me stated to the employee that check-in time was 3 and she didn't understand why our rooms were not ready. The employee told her she just got there at 445 and she would wait until her room was ready, as if arrival time MATTERED! It was not her fault that the rooms were not ready, but she was RUDE and clearly needed...
