Location is on the cusp of a not so safe neighborhood. 15 min walk to very good restaurants and then a further 15 min walk to the MAG (memorial art museum). Safety is less an issue if you have a car. "

"House is great, plenty of space. We had 7 guys stay there for a reunion trip and everyone had their own room, and we could have fit one more easily. We stayed in late September and unfortunately the pool was closed so we did not get to enjoy, but the hot tub was still open and was great. Only downside to the house is the kitchen. "My wife and I loved our time in this hidden gem. The garden, feilds, and pool were an amazing oasis. The host was responsive and accomodating. The inside is so cozy, and the beds are amazing comfortable. Plus the location near Rochester gave us access to friends as well as things we wanted to do. Food options are minimal, and the kitchenette doesn't have plates or cups, but as long as you bring the food you want you're all set to go!"

"We were in Rochester for three nights and opted for this apartment for its central location and historic neighborhood. So glad that we did. The apartment was perfect in every way. Tastefully decorated, comfortable furniture, very comfortable bed, and absolutely everything one might need in a kitchen. There were little touches that made us feel welcome, such a cozy bathrobes and fresh flowers. Communications with the owner was easy. I highly recommend this apartment!"
