"I stayed here before and is the reason why I stayed here again. I felt my second stay was slightly disappointing. I can look over lil things, like the vanity lights not working, but for the second stay again?! Plus, one my pillow still had makeup stains on from a previous guest! I didnt notice this until later so I don’t bring it to their attention right away at check out. It’s a nice hotel, great location. The staff can smile bit more too. "

"The best thing was the balcony overlooking the pool. The carpet had a couple stains. Furniture had been removed, so there wasn't much. No glasses or cups in the room, no paper plates provided with room service. Room service was fast though. Shower was ok - good pressure, but no door so it flooded the whole bathroom.
