"So our stay started off great! Lovey spacious family room with a smart tv to watch Netflix on so kids were delighted. However at around 12.30am the couple next door decided to have a domestic and our kids got scared listening to this. Adam the night porter moved us to another room within minutes of asking him. "One night stay for visit to see Santa in Elf Town in Galway. The hotel was spotless. The staff were Friendly. The pool had the warmest water of any pool I've been in and we have a lot of pools in Killarney area. The kids loved every minute. The breakfast was lovely. We would definitely stay there again. "
