"The only thing that stops me giving 10/10 was due to an issue with the lifts. There was only one lift in the whole hotel working. Which made getting to the room a little bit difficult. Other than that everything else was outstanding. Room upgrade for free was very welcoming. Room was very clean. Spacious, comfortable. Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. You name it they had it. Everything cooked to perfection. 2nd time I’ve stayed here and all ready booked for my 3rd....

"As a regular in this hotel , I had requested a specific choice of 2 rooms before my stay. This was not granted and I had a room close to the elevator which was slightly noisy due to foot traffic! However the room was very clean and comfortable with tea/ coffee facilities and a large tv. Bed linen was crisp and comfortable! As an airport hotel it’s a bit cheeky asking for a £25 fee for early check in considering passengers are arriving at all times of the day! "

"I stayed here pre-flight to be near T5. The reception staff were lovely and the room clean and comfortable. I left at 4am so did not use the bar or have breakfast. The hotel has access to a pod system to take you to T5 (4am to midnight and currently £8 pp each way the hotel explained). I took the 423 bus 🚌 two stops to T5 - the hotel provide a bus timetable. There is also a hotel-hopper bus from T5 but I wasn’t going to wait an hour for it to arrive. "
