"Awesome location with tons of beds for a large group and plenty of parking. Maybe a small caution that the property is two separate apartments so if you're a big group just know there isn't an internal stairway. This wasn't obvious to me but maybe I missed something in the initial listing. You're also above a ground floor apartment which might be a factor for some folks. Very responsive hosts/manager. Quick drive to Lionshead/Vail without needing to get on I-70. There is a bus but you will want a car. New appliances and some fun additions like a digital games table which our group thoroughly enjoyed being able to play Connect4, Trivial Pursuits, and Battleships around the table."
