"Lovely property for our short break, very bright and airy, comfy beds, really enjoyed it"

"We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

"It was bigger than expected. So well put together. In every way. We rent a lot and so rarely do you encounter rentals which really get it. Super comfy beds. Crisp bed linen. Well equipped kitchen. And all necessary utensils incl sharp knives. We always takes knives but I don’t need to this time. Highly recommended. "

"Easy to find, beautifully decorated, very comfy bed and great shower. Lovely views over the Solent and great enclosed garden for the dogs. Short walk to Waitrose and to chain ferry for Cowes. "

"Very roomy and comfortable property in a great location. Exactly as described. We highly recommend this property and are about to rebook it ourselves. Our only criticism and it is minor, is that better blinds are needed in the lounge as when the sun is low and bright you are blinded by the light."
