"Overall a nice house and well equipped and positionedSome thing are a bit tatty, like the garden cushions box and the key safe. The "gym equipment" is overstated. It was annoying to have the pool maintainence man arrive unanounced during the nicest afternoon weather and take the pool out of action"

"Pros - great location, near pub and nice coffee shop. Short walk to beach. Cons - not very clean on arrival, mould problem in bathroom, strong damp smell throughout property. Had planned to cook but found mould growing on wooden spoons and cobwebs on the pans - so ate out instead! Having read through the comments in the visitor book we could see these issues had been raised several times, so it’s disappointing they haven’t been addressed. Would not stay again."

"Lovely house, with all the equipment needed for a confortable stay. The house is spotless with an off street car park at the back. Walking distance to the amazing beach of West Wittering and a great pub with a lovely back garden. We will definitely go back."
