"Generally a good stay - the apartment is a good size and very comfortable! Lots of good amenities within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Only down side is that the corridors and doors are noisy (You can hear people talking loudly in other apartments down the hall!) so bring ear plugs, and a street light was fixed directly outside the window, and the apartment didn't have blackout blinds so the room was light all night."

"This apartment was a great choice for us. Safe, well furnished, warm and comfortable. Near the centre of Bath with everything walkable. We stayed during Christmas Market and it was a good base to pop back to when we needed to off load shopping or have a rest. The value for money is excellent as there are large rooms with all the comforts of a home. When we had a problem with the electrics (following a storm) we were helped promptly. And the little additions like complimentary slippers and pool towels were lovely. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making us feel right at home. Although we didn’t get the chance to fully explore the hotel’s facilities, the hospitality alone made our stay exceptional. After checking out, we planned to explore the city and asked if we could leave our luggage behind, as it would have been too much to carry around.
