The Studio. Kick back and relax in this stylish Studio flat, close to the centre of Southend City Centre. This home has its own patio area outside with beautiful views. Managed professionally by Pass The Keys, and maintained to a high standard. C2C train routes to London and great bus routes are nearby. Tea & coffee is provided, and a self check in. There is also a bath and walk in shower. This home is fully self contained and offers excellent Wi-Fi with speeds of between 80-100 MBPS

The space
This studio is small and compact, but has everything that a guest could need, very peaceful and quiet, and extremely comfortable. The patio area is beautiful on the warmer days, and watching the scenery whilst enjoying a glass is just stunning

Other things to note
We have two cats who will visit you on the balcony. They are friendly and will enter the Studio if permitted. Do not be afraid of picking them up and throwing them outside! There has been a fox den next door for years, and cubs can be heard and seen occasionally. Passion fruit adorns the balcony in autumn and is edible. Pear trees fill the garden and can be eaten. There is a railway at the end of our 50' garden.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
