"The suite was great. Nice and clean. Close to Roger’s place. Host communication was top notch. The only negatives were the hallways smell of cigarette smoke and the profile pic of the property doesn’t match the actual building. "

"Super cozy, comfortable and very clean. Worked perfect for just me. The wifi was a little touch and go for my computer when I was working, but other than that everything was great/easy and the location is beautiful. I’d definitely stay again :). Thank you!"

"It was very close to West Edmonton Mall. Easy 5 minute walk. Is a noisy location but to be expected. Place was very heavily perfumed so if scent sensitive I would reach out and ask them not to spray beforehand. Other than that the place is perfect and much recommended"

"You walk in and the apartment is beautiful … it was freezing when we walked in but the owner quickly resolved this issue with telling us where the remote for the AC was and how to turn it down (remote was hidden behind a plant) We quickly discovered a strong body odour smell in the bedroom (sheets, duvet cover and fuzzy throw pillows smelt strongly of body odour) which was quite the disappointment when we were under the impression that all linens were fresh and laundered prior to our arrival ....

"Decent value for the price. clean, toiletries included, super quiet for a basement unit. Well equipped newer suite that is close to Edmonton, the airport and Leduc. Only negative was very minimal bed linens, and only 1 towel and 1 face cloth for 4 nights, we asked for more but they didn't have anymore. Overall pretty good value. "

"Nice basement suite on a quiet street that is still close to Whyte Ave. Perfect short walk to Fringe events. Beds are comfortable . Parking was not a problem. Kitchen included many amenities . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"Had a very pleasant stay and would stay here again. Great communication with the Hosts. Just to be fully up front, I did have a little trouble with the wifi (losing connectivity) but the host said the provider was working on it. Didn't impact my stay at all. "

"8 ladies stayed here for a girls weekend and shopping. The house was spotless and very big. There are multiple rooms to hang out in and having 3 1/2 bathrooms was a plus. The host was quick to reply to any messages and very nice to deal with. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again when I'm in Edmonton."
