"More on the budget side of hotels. Rooms are aged, not cleanly, not enough seating even for a family of 3. However, staff is very friendly, and the amenities are plentiful. Two minute walk to the beach and shopping. "

"Couldn’t get the shuttle to pick us up at airport. On way back shuttle was full. So took cab and uber. So much for the amenity fee. The bed was too soft and there were no extra blankets or pillows. The shower head was so low that it was st the level of my belly button. Who places a shower head that low? Whole place looks tired and dated. Recommend avoiding if possible. "

"Room was clean. One of the guys upfront was great! The other was not so nice. Room service was very kind. Water was outside our door which was from the outside door being opened. We were offered to switch rooms the last night of our stay and those people were very nice. The nice guy up front was one of them. :)"

"The other rooms , It would have been better if they put a table with chairs outside the sliding door. It’s nice to sit outside during the night One of the lady staff made it a huge/big deal when I asked for an extra bottle of water. The room fridge or cooler was not working . When you advertise the amenities , pls make sure they are actually working. "

"We really enjoyed all the restaurants that were part of the hotel and had several delicious meals. The location was great right across the street from the beach and lots of other restaurants and shops. I would recommend bringing earplugs if you're sensitive to noise as Waikiki along the main strip is noisy at night."
