"We love The Ridge. Have been coming since 1988. Would recommend for families. This particular location was great. The power in the bathroom went out our last day, but it was just the toilet/shower area so it wasn't a big deal to work around it. The both hot tubs in the building were not working and it looked like the out of service sign had been there for a while. So expect to trudge to another building if you want to go in a hot tub. "

"The owner of the timeshare and I had trouble getting on the same page for this stay. I tried to cancel the stay prior to the trip, but was outside my cancellation window. I was told in writing by the owner (4 days prior to arriving), that the front desk had my name and would be ready for my arrival.
