"The property was perfect for myself, my husband and our cocker spaniel. It was comfortable and cosy with a lovely bed and great shower. Communication with the owner, Christina, was perfect. Everything we could have wanted was available at the property including treats for the dog. We enjoyed visiting some lovely towns and villages in the area. Unfortunately the stormy weather stopped us from going walking as there are many footpaths nearby. We would certainly return to this property. "

"This place is outstanding. It’s a lovely location in a quiet village a few minutes walk away to the shop and pub and within minutes your in the countryside exploring the WWII history on offer. It’s very quiet and safe and free parking right outside the door. The cottage is very nice and is a mixture of modern bits mixed with old but has a very well stocked kitchen, a large comfy living area, a down stairs bathroom and toilet and two upstairs bedrooms. I will definitely be back."

"Beautiful house set in an idyllic location. Lots of lovely things to do in the house and plenty of room for a big group. The house had a lovely homey feel to it and we would definitely go back to stay again. A lot of time and care has been put into the house. The only slight downside, is that there is only space for 3 cars to park on the property, as the neighbours are very funny about it and only three out of the five bedrooms had the double beds stated, but it worked fine for us. "We had a mid-week stay. Hotel staff were very attentive, friendly and efficient. We booked on room & breakfast basis but added evening meals later. The food was very good, well presented and good sized portions. The room, while a little dated, was clean and had all that we needed comfort wise."
