"I've stayed here twice. Minutes from the Galleria. I love that it gives the luxurious feel and comfort however there are some spots that could use a little bit of love. The microwave was difficult to operate. There was no Channel guide for tv and when i pressed the info button it was blank. I was told there were none available when I asked. There was also no notepad or pen, I like to write things down especially when there are several places Im researching in the area. Little things matter. I think paying $25/night to park is ridiculous when the gate was never closed and anyone could get in. There is nowhere else to park so there's no choice."

"Over the top luxury. Automatic drapes and sheers. Auto tv riser mid room double tv. Watch on sofa or in bed. Marble bath with tv! Separate luxury shower with mirror and aqua di Parma bath products. Robes, mini bar. Candies, corner room available…. Quick valet. "
