"Quite a hard first evening as there were not enough sheets for the guests (double bed made up but none on the single beds) and no one was available to bring any until the next day. Just two towels for four people. I think this may have been an issue with bookabach details/messages not getting through to bachcare. Not a single spare sheet or towel on the property though.
