"The house is beginning to show its age. Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. The estate agent was right on to everything. It was walking distance of Yamba Fair shopping centre."

"We loved staying at Stephen’s farm. Stephen and his family were very welcoming and accommodating. Our children really loved it and we all enjoyed every moment. We enjoyed seeing all of the animals.The baby lambs and goats were so cute. The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed. It was one of our best holidays! Thank you so much for having us. We will definitely be back sometime!"

"We loved our second stay at the ranch. Kids were in heaven with all the animals, tree to climb and space to roam. Beds and lounge sofa were amazingly comfy. We had some great nights around the fire outside. Hope to be back again soon x"

"The listing is a little confusing as some photos show a jetty and other do not? Great location, clean and tidy and comfortable but very poorly provisioned. This is a shame as it would be so easy to improve. Paying over $2,000 for six nights I expected more than one toilet roll provided (no spare). The kitchen was sparsely equipped with items that looked like they came from the local op-shop. "Property was clean, having a boat pontoon was great, it’s why we chose. Boat ramp next street over, so really close to put in and out. Quite neighbourhood. Loudest noise was the fish splashing around at night. Mullet? Had visits from some water dragons in the mornings. Could do with air conditioning, fans were okay. We stayed in Early March 24.
