"Stayed in this cottage for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. It has all the necsary things to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. All 3 bedroom have aircon and we had a comfortable nights rest on a hot humid day. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Host was very kind and thoughtful to keep necessary item in the house to make our stay stress free. "

"The listing is a little confusing as some photos show a jetty and other do not? Great location, clean and tidy and comfortable but very poorly provisioned. This is a shame as it would be so easy to improve. Paying over $2,000 for six nights I expected more than one toilet roll provided (no spare). The kitchen was sparsely equipped with items that looked like they came from the local op-shop. Some form of coffee maker would have been nice, even a plunger if not a pod machine (This is standard these days). There was no soap provided and no basics like salt and pepper. Could not find a dustpan and brush so decided to use the vacuum which malfunctioned. This place has lots going for it but needs some updating and maintenance to bring it in line with the price charged."

"The house is beginning to show its age. Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. The estate agent was right on to everything. It was walking distance of Yamba Fair shopping centre."
