"Great place to stay. Easy access to bus services all around the island. It was very cold whilst we were here and the unit had a great heating system throughout. Beds were comfortable and 3 of us each had a bedroom. We got a deal that was amazing value for money. Fully recommend."

"Loved the van overall. Very pleasant to stay in. The Wi-Fi does not reach all the caravans. We had no Wi-Fi signal and struggled to get phone signal. The toilet and bathroom both had massive balls of hair that clearly had not been cleaned away and a lot of the plates, cutlery and glasses etc were dirty. Luckily we had a dishwasher so we ran everything through before using. "

"We've just spent a few days over New Year at Victoria House. We were a party of 6 adults and 6 older teens and the house was ideal for us. Plenty of space, a games room and separate small living room, well stocked kitchen, super comfy beds and plenty of bathrooms. Bembridge is a great location, the village has a brilliant and friendly pub (The Old Village Inn), a good Coop, pharmacy etc. It's also walking distance to the harbour, and beach. Roger is a great host, he answered all our questions...

"Travelling with younger children is always a bit of a pain, especially when we have not done it for a while. This stay made everything as easy as it could be. "It really is a very cosy and inviting yurt, with wonderfully eclectic decor. The owner made me feel very welcome, and it was fun to sit on the boardwalk in front of the yurt and listen to curlews. It is a short walk into the village for provisions, and there is a bus stop just a few metres' walk away. The road behind the yurt is a little busy in 'rush hour', but the position makes up for it. I haven't been to the island since I was a moody adolescent. It's lovely, full of variety."
