Great stay in Wichita
Great! Although an obviously older building in a residential area off of Douglas (Old Towne) Wichita...it's well updated with plenty of space for one or two. So nice to have full size kitchen, separate living area, bedroom and great A/C ! Easy access to downtown areas and within walking distance to nite life and food. Felt safe, private and comfortable for 3 nights. If looking for an alternate to a motel room for less $$ this is it. Will stay again next time as it's a super value ! Note: This is an upstairs unit, if it matters.

My friend and I stayed here after a concert and it was great! The neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to downtown, and the host was excellent at answering any questions we had. Thank you!

Convenient
Stayed for one night and had everything we needed. Never been to Wichita before so staying near downtown on a Wednesday didn’t warrant any problems. Clean, quiet spot. Owner quickly responded about a question we had and was very accommodating. We travel with our dog so it was nice to have a pet friendly spot.

I woukd like alittle ealier check in time. I caught Michael at the unit and he let me in ealier and that was nice. He even offered to help me with my luggage. The place was very clean and comfortable. But there was no coffee pot or cups, in an airB&B? I wrnt out and bought one. Overall it was a good stay.

Labor day stay
Property was super cute and perfect size! There was an issue with the AC, but I messaged the property manager and he was there within 5 min to fix the issue! Great communication and friendliness! Would def recommend!

Very cute place!
We had an issue with a leaking air conditioner and the floors didn’t look dirty but our feet were FILTHY after walking barefoot. Other than that it was a very cute place and contacting the host was easy!

Loud and old
Updates were nice but this is basically a part of a really old house. Room downstairs was extremely loud with 2 dogs and every time they came in and out of their place it banged our door all night. Dogs were loud and place was hot.

Nice little place
Vrbo listed wrong phone # and short delay in getting check-in code. After that, owner was easy to contact & reply. Nice little clean upstairs place had everything I needed for a 3 day stay: AC, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom & a tv room. No laundry, so plan accordingly.
