"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"A pleasant boutique style hotel. Staff were very helpful and polite but unfortunately it was clear they had not been properly trained in table service and wine pouring. "A few toothing problems upon arrival, but the host sorted. The room was generally comfy and clean, but could do with abit of TLC to make look better. Radiator wasn't consistently working, which was not nice in the morning. "

"Michael is a gentleman, he was very quick to sort out an issue that arose during my stay. He went out of his way to do all he could to make the stay more relaxed and enjoyable. Please don't think you're paying for a hotel room at this price however, what I got I was more than happy with and while lots of people will complain, you get what you pay for. For Liverpool football fans this place is literally right next door! Look out the windows and you can literally reach out and touch the Stadium! "

"Really professional and friendly staff. Tv sinal was dropping out. Couldn't get a signal mobile or wifi in the room and couldn't work out how to turn off the air condition which kept me awake all night. However that aside would stay again. Lovely looking. Well appointed. Easy access and good food and reception cant do enough. I didnt get the chance to use the spa andvpool but we ould certainly come back and will try it on that occasion. Great dinner and breakfast and very clean"
