"The room was small with a balcony that had view to nowhere. but the room was very clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was big and very clean. The kitchenette with dish washing machine and microwave made the room a cozy and handy place to stay."

"Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

"The apartment was in a wonderful location and was well equipped. The staff was freindly and helpful. It was quite warm while we were there, so air conditioning would have been nice. Overall I would highly recommend this property."

"This apartment is absolutely lovely. Neighborhood is quiet and just a quick drive to downtown Lucerne. It's also truly walkable (if you can do uphill!! 😅) and there is public transport. VRBO didn’t send me the correct check in details but the host responded to my message with everything I needed to know very quickly. If I ever find myself in this area again I'd book this place in a heartbeat."

"There seemed to be some confusion over our room we tried to rectify it straight away especially as there was no light in the bathroom, but no one was at reception desk. So was sorted next day. The room was changed and was more like what we had booked, it was clean but basic. Im not sure I’d go back there again. On Expedia it said you could get food at an additional fee. No such service. If I’m honest I was disappointed with it. "

"Initially we were a bit surprised at the rural farm setting. However, it was a very "genuine" home and the host was amazing!! Provided us with a fantastic breakfast and we had coffee and tea ready to go in the morning. The bathroom and shower are iutside in another building but extremely clean. One of our favorite places in Switzerland. People are everything and the hosts were the best!!"

"Not highly decorated or spacious, but sufficient for family of three. Beds were very comfortable. What they called a double bed was more like two twins arranged together, so more like a king size! Location was convenient. We walked the 10 minutes to the train station rather than use the bus. Many restaurants and bakeries in the area."

"Walking distance from train station. Located in a very accessible area of Lucerne. The room was quite large and very comfortable. Lucerne is an extremely walkable city. As a city though, it did not feel like one. This hotel has a bus stop right outside the doors. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Lucerne."
