"The location was perfect, close to everything, especially having a market across the street and a supermarket up the block. Only thing, no microwave, no coffee maker and no refrigerator. So bring their cooler with you just in case
Front desk manager's work. Super nice accommodating. Allowed us to check in an hour earlier. "
"Location was great for really great access to this quaint town. Roll out of bed and cross the bascule bridge (or watch it open- fun for kids)!, tons of great restaurants within 2-3 minute walk. All of the water happenings are visible from the hotel. Breakfast at Sift, a 5 minute walk "must" for great breakfast/ unbelievable croissants! Seaport close by 5 min car ride. Nice high quality rocking chairs on porches. Great restaurant on facility. Down to earth not pretentious. Just a great spot with easy access to the town- great for little kids too! Don't do the chain motel thing, this is worth it!"

"Absolutely loved our stay at this VRBO in Mystic! The space was perfect for the two of us—clean, comfortable, and surprisingly roomy. The best part was the location: just a short and easy walk to downtown Mystic, which meant no stress over parking or driving after dinner. Having washers and dryers on the property was a huge bonus and made the stay even more convenient. The only small thing to note is that the walls on one side were a bit thin, so you might hear your neighbors if they’re on the louder side. That said, it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed the stay. We’d definitely come back, highly recommend!"
"This was a perfect stay for us. Convenient and close while visiting Mystic area. You couldn't ask for more convenient access to shopping for supplies around the corner at Big Y. There is even a garden restaurant across the street which we did not get a chance to try out. The only minuses are the lack of outdoor amenities. The fact that you're in a former commercial location leaves you with only a parking lot and abandoned empty lots next door. Very clean and well kept but nothing that makes you want to pause to enjoy. The only other minor minus was the odd extreme height of the bathroom vanity sink in one of the two suites and lack of towel hooks (really minor issues). While we greatly appreciated the en-suite bathrooms and general spaciousness of the unit, the one vanity sink was a challenge. The owner has put together a well-appointed, incredible remodel job of a former fishing net repair facility. We loved the retained historical touches and decorations, along with the way they repurposed the building. It made for a very comfortable stay while visiting Mystic. Cudos to the owners. We would stay here again when we come back. Thanks Fran."

"Can't say enough about great things about Kris & Beth's studio. From the stunning view to the gorgeous dogs and hilarious ducks, this location is so charming you'll think you're in an alternate universe of relaxation. Conveniently located less than a 10 minute stroll to restaurants, shops, bars, and boating, you're going to regret not discovering this location sooner. "
