"Geschmackvolles Apartment, hell, ruhig, zentral. Bequemes Bett und Bettsofa, wertige Handtücher. Die Dachterrasse ist klasse. Auch die Kirchenglocken in der Umgebung haben sehr rücksichtsvoll geläutet ;). Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Wir waren ein Wochenende im Winter in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung in Marburg. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist spektakulär. Zudem liegt die Wohnung wirklich direkt in der Oberstadt. Also Lage, Aussicht und eine liebevolle Einrichtung. Ganz klare Empfehlung!"

Das Zimmer mit den 2 Einzelbetten ist schon etwas klein geraten. Ein Bett steht in voller Länge unter der Dachschrägen wo man sich sehr gut den Kopf stößt. Aber in dem Zimmer gibt es auch ein Waschbecken. Die Klimaanlage (Wohnzimmer) kühlt die EG-Räume schnell runter. Die 2 angegebenen Bäder entpuppen sich als Bad mit Dusche und Wc, und ein separates...

"A great hotel if you are traveling through Bad Hersfeld on business or even if you just want to visit the beautiful old city. Within five/eight minute walk of the town’s historic sites. 10-12 minute walk from/to train station. New facilities. Nice staff. Good continental breakfast. "

A little out of the way but nice & reasonable

"No one at reception when we arrived at 8pm but # to call, he came within a few minutes and was very nice. Room was spacious and clean but felt like the 70s, no mini fridge and we weren’t given wifi password. Dinner ends at 9pm with only a buffet on offer, had seen better days by 8:20 we skipped it. Breakfast was adequate, extra charge for parking even though hotel is in the middle of no where, nothing close by. Spa looked okay we didn’t use it and the bar was lively, rooms very quiet and they accept dogs which is a big bonus for us"

Ein Hof im besten hessischen Fachwerkstil, eine Wohnung mit schweren Balken, die die Decke, leicht kurvig halten, moderne Doppelglasfenster im alten Stil, ein Mix aus modernster Küche mit buchstäblich ALLEM, gemischt mit einer Möbelausstattung aus zwei Jahrhunderten und den bequemsten Betten mit Tempurschaumliegefläche. Ein Bad mit grosszügiger Dusche PLUS Badewanne, eine separate Waschstube mit Waschmaschine und Trockner (kostenfreie Benutzung!), ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit geschmackvoller Mischung von alten Möbeln mit einem modernen Sofa. Knarzende Holzdielen mit perfekter Oberfläche, das Ganze luftig und hell. 2 Aussensitze für die, die entweder die Sonne oder den Schatten suchen. Blumen und Grünpflanzen rundum, Hofkatzen, die zu Besuch kommen, Eine natürliche Umgebung, die Frieden ausstrahlt. Ein Begrüssungstrunk hessischen Biers im Kühlschrank, eigene Hofeier und gute selbstgeschöpfte Butter zur Begrüssung. Die Familie Ochs hat hier ein Paradies geschaffen und es fällt schwer wieder abzufahren! Das einzige, was es aus unserer amerikanischen Sicht noch zu ergänzen gäbe, wäre der Komfort einer Klimaanlage. Aber das wäre auch ein wenig pervers - es sei denn sie wäre solar stromversorgt.
