"Incredibly well decorated place, the effort for that part is remarkable! Unfortunately, the insonorisation in between rooms, mine for sure, and others is terrible. It is incredibly embarrassing as you hear everything and have to assume all around hear you too. I would have watched tv late but couldn’t buoy sensitivity to others. "Good price point for a nice clean room. This is a family residence with several family members, including school age children. The owner is quite humble and the family is quiet and very respectful. There are several other guests (other room renters) that are also quiet and respectful. The home is located in a nice community.....I felt safe at all times. I would certainly return here."
