"Amazing over night stay. Rooms fantastic and the food too. Staff so friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this place and will also come back myself. "
"Terrible experience. Would not return. They need to fix their key machine bad. Lots of people with issues accessing their rooms. Room was very blah. Nothing special. Pay more and stay somewhere else."
"The pictures of this property are very misleading. The check in process was not clear and there is no one on the property to answer questions and no contact info.
Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. "

"Was impressed with this hotel. Quiet, modern, safe, right near Hammersmith station. The Premier Plus room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was good quality for a large chain hotel. "
"We have stayed in a great many hotels over the years but have wanted to stay here many times but couldn’t. Now this will be the first to contact everything was great. From location to the standard of everything regarding the hotel. Food cleanliness the staff standard of room just couldn’t fault anything.i worked in hotels so I’m fussy so I’m thrilled. Well done everyone!!!!!superb I every way"
"Every staff member at the hotel, without exception, made me feel welcomed, safe while attending me with respect, good humour, and professionalism. I can not say enough good things about ALL the front desk staff. They treated me as though I were a friend or an elderly uncle, navigating me through the tube strike, to the point of taking me down the front steps of the hotel to point me in the right direction. The chap responsible for breakfast was hospitable and kind. My room was exceptional value, clean and well appointed. I strongly recommend this hotel. To all the staff: THANK YOU and BLESS YOU!!"
"Great refurbished rooms, super helpful and kind staff with great facilities, lovely clean hotel and close by tube and bus station. Only downside was the slightly grimy street outside with constant presence of police or ambulances, however that is not the hotel's fault!"
