"When I got to courtyard, they told me that my reservations had been canceled for some reason but when I looked on the Expedia app, they were still showing my rooms booked,. I was there from California because my son was graduating from Pittsburgh University, the woman at the front counter was very helpful and she was able to still get me my two rooms & She honored Expedia prices. All of staff there was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed, we were there for a whole week."
