The hotel was filled with young girls in town for a hockey tournament, they were very loud, playing hockey in the hall ways, pushing every button on the elevator, making it that when you got in , you had to stop at every floor. At one point there was 12 girls in the pool rough housing and diving and jumping off the shoulders of their friends. The pool was small, so there wasn’t enough room to enjoy. Then to top it off someone pulled the fire alarm and everyone had to evacuate the building. It took a very long time before they made the announcement that it was a false alarm, by that time I was cold and not impressed with my decision to stay there

they delayed the check in until 6 PM and no electricity throughout the whole hotel no hot water. They said they would fix the lights and electricity in an hour. It turned out to be an ongoing problem until the next day so we checked out. At least they allowed us to transfer to Doubletree and complementary parking and breakfast for inconvenience.
