"Two night stay with a truly excellent location with views over the river from the brasserie. Rooms were very comfortable though we did find the pillows a little to thick and the route to the room (21) on the top floor is not for the unfit as no lift. Breakfast was buffet style and lots of choice."

"Wasn’t aware that parking on site was so expensive at £40 per night and want told this in advance which would have been easy in one of the many welcome text message or emails I received. We had to wait for staff to be available for check out and to let us into the car park. The room was fine and in good condition. When we did interact with staff they were friendly and helpful. "
