The location of the hotel within town could not have been more convenient. 10m walk to basically anything you want to do in Healdsburg from breakfast to dinner. Would not hesitate to stay again!"

"Everything about this host and property spells ease. The home was spotless, beautifully appointed, well provisioned including wonderful coffee and a gorgeous bottle of wine, flowers and a welcome note. The home is just 7 minutes from downtown, but on a ridge overlooking the river. A doe and two fawns made daily appearances, quiet, beautiful wonderful. Great tv and WiFi. Nothing not to love. "This house is beautiful, and so well stocked. I stayed with 5 of my girlfriends for a bday trip, and we had a wonderful time. The property is huge, and lends itself to lots of outdoor time. We grilled outside, enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and lawn games. This would also be a great house to stay with kids, as there is plenty of space to run around. Healdsburg is only a few minutes drive away, or a short bike ride. We spent our time by the river. There are two public beaches - Memorial Beach and Del Rio close by. The house is clean, comfortable, and has great energy. The hosts are extremely communicative and helpful! They answered most of my questions almost immediately. I was really impressed. I will definitely be back! "

"No, seriously, stay in this house if for no other reason than the incredible number of birds around, especially hummingbirds! The house is clean and comfortable with a great view. You can roll your kayaks down the hill to the river, then sit in the hot tub and commune with nature. One of the best parts of the house? The house manager Tenay! We had our informational call when we got settled and by the end of the call I felt we’d been friends forever. She’s a wealth of knowledge on places to go, things to see, and how to attract hummingbirds to your own home! We, and our dogs, loved our stay at Fitch Mountain Lookout, and can’t wait to go back. "
"Sometimes you win the VRBO lottery and this home was a solid win! Convenient to everything- a quick drive to the airport, just minutes to the charming downtown area of Healdsburg with great dining and shopping, near several wonderful wineries and a picturesque drive over the hill to Napa. The home itself is well stocked and beautifully appointed. The weather wasn’t great during our stay, but had it been we would have loved to have used the backyard area which includes an outdoor kitchen with ample seating and a hot tub, surrounded by a small vineyard- it’s really beautiful. The owners were responsive to all communications and have thought of everything you could possibly need. They even left a bottle of wine as a sweet welcome gift. The beds were comfortable and I’m super sensitive to that having had prior back surgery. We would not hesitate to return, this place is going on our favorites list!"
