"The host was very responsive, welcoming and accommodating to our request for early check-in thank you. But I did not realise that this would come at a cost of not cleaning the bathrooms and other areas of the home after a busy long weekend booking before us. House also smelled of smoke. There was a broken door lock to the main ensuite toilet, meaning that the occupant was trapped until thankfully other guests came to the rescue. Beds and linen all excellent and comfortable. Well equipped...

"Easily the worst experience via Stayz.Listing indicates twin singles in one bedroom, but there was only one single bed so one of my children slept on the couch.No mention of being denied backyard access due to someone else living in a granny flat until I asked to collect the keys.Property was not professionally cleaned and the laundry sink and washing machine were full of laundry - presumably from the host."
