"Beautiful mountain home with room for a family to spread out. The view and surrounding neighborhood is absolutely lovely. We enjoyed fishing in the trout pond. The hot tub was a nice way to wind down at the end of the day and the water pressure in the showers was excellent. The washer and dryer worked well. Air conditioning/heat worked well and there were also fans. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare and serve large meals. We saw several deer each day, a bunny a bald eagle and a bear! Highly recommend this property for your mountain getwaway!"

"While we had a very last minute cancellation due to Hurricane Helene, Kathleen and Sean were fantastic hosts leading up to the trip and beyond. Kathleen shared a book of recommended restaurants and activities in the area, and they both were so kind and thoughtful in handling the cancellation of our booking due to a natural disaster. We hope to be able to visit in the future. "

"We booked the Cabin before we knew that the hurricane Helene would hit the area. I must point out that for the whole week before we arrived, Roy (owner) was in contact with us and helped us and brought us all the options. We decided that we did want to come, and it was the best decision we made. May gave us all the information and was in contact with us during our stay. The location is graet there is a magnificent view . I highly recommend visiting we definitely will visit again. Thank you Roy and May for a great time! "

"We had a lovely stay at the Skybox and definitely plan on coming back! We might bring our own baby gates next time so we have a little extra baby proofing and peace of mind with our 1 and 3 year old. The gate that was there didn’t work well and wouldn’t stay up. The view was beautiful and the house was perfectly clean and organized. "

"We had a really great time at this property, it was exactly as we expected and more. The listing description is perfect, it’s on top of a mountain, with steep curvy road to get there. You need to come prepared food wise as it’s a good 20 mins or so to a grocery store. But so well worth it. The views are incredible !! You just can’t say it or look at them enough. The house is beautiful, nicely decorated with games and a pool table along with a fire pit and hot tub to keep you busy while at home. I really appreciated the added touch of the paper products provided, some basic cooking supplies as well as shampoo, conditioner and soap in the showers. The communication with Elliott was excellent. He checked in on us, responded to all questions in a timely manor and was very helpful. There is so much to explore in the area from hikes, white water rafting, mining for gems, Asheville and not too far from Dollywood. All in all I would say 5 stars for sure!! Highly recommend if this is the type of property you are looking for. Excellent!! Also, we had a bit of food left over that we couldn’t take on the plane. There is a church called Ebbs Chapel at the base of the hill on your way to 26. They have a food bank and clothing bank open on Saturdays. She graciously accepted our unopened and some opened bags of food. Once again, super great vacation."
