"Courteous and friendly reception desk, clean and spacious room, upgrade from studio to one-bedroom apartment unit, functional kitchenette with complete range of kitchen appliances and utensils, free parking within property, fast and quick-access wi-fi network, easy to find and access via the main road, highly recommended for all types of travellers, I will be booking this property again for my future Sydney visits!"

"We didn’t like the receptionist who refused to change our room from an upstairs room to a downstairs one when the booking confirmation came through by phone. She told me ‘bad luck’ that’s what you booked! She told me to go back to my ‘third party’ where I booked it and get them to do it. On arrival we still had the upstairs room even though I tried to amend it (it wasn’t as easy as she told me it would be) but Danielle was delightful and moved it for us. Thank heavens for staff like Danielle, I actually told the previous receptionist (wish I got her name) that she wasn’t promoting her business with her attitude! "

"Kali the manager, is very considerate of guests and has been extremely helpful when I needed to make an unexpected change regarding our stay. All the staff from front of house to service and cleaning and restaurant have been exceptional. The food at the Jacaranda restaurant at dinner is top quality and breakfast is amazing with a good mixture of hot food, cereal and fruit with something for all dietary requirements. A great way to start the day. All the staff seem to know how to make a great Soy Latte and another coffee. The bed and pillows are really comfortable. There is plenty of hot water for your shower. Our room is very neat and clean. The air-conditioning does a great job of heating the room during these recent cold and wet days. We have found our room to be extremely quiet with no road noise whatsoever and the sound proofing in the Jacaranda Restaurant is unbelievable. You won't hear any outside noise. So don't worry about this hotel being on a main road. We have enjoyed our stay and are extending it a little longer with no hesitation."

"I took my own food to microwave for dinner but there is full sized fridge for a longer stay. I asked for a walk in shower (as opposed to shower over bath) and they fulfilled my request. There is a lovely view from these apartments and the air cond, TV and stove all work perfectly. The room was spotless and so quiet. Not sound. "
