"The Expedia ad mentioned A/C. This property has no A/C. It was >30 celsius, and I wanted a room with A/C. The staff kindly found alternative accommodation at another nearby hotel. It was basic and under sale, and the wifi did not extend to the room. It was kind of them to do this, but overall, I wish I had never used Expedia for this."

Housekeeping is extremely poor, no dental kits, an almost finished toilet roll , toilet was not working properly on the flush, safe was locked when I reached room, lights were not working even with card inserted. "Overnight stay - arrived after lunch and left before 10am. Pools were too cold to swim but looked great with lots of communal areas and fun things for kids. Restaurant closed on Tuesdays - so we walked to the nearest bar and had a few ice cold beers and 'fast food' for next to nothing. Restaurant open for breakfast - excellent service, food quality and price - we had a pancake stack (flapjacks as they call them) - delicious.
