I booked on line so didnt realise the room I was given had no outlook, and rooms that may have had a view were empty."

That said, I do think the amenity details should include the information that the toilet and bathroom facilities are outside, several metres away from the main cottage, and open to all the elements. We were lucky that it didn't rain on either of the days/nights that we were there. If it had, we would not have left a glowing review at all.
