"Beautiful place!"

"Stayed for 8 nights with my Wife. Really loved it. Staff were amazing. Pool area was top notch for laying around sipping drinks around the pool bar. Plenty of places to eat and drink right outside. Wife really enjoyed the Spa treatments, massages and hair session. Breakfast and dining options were good. Cant say enough about the staff, i was constantly amazed by how friendly and engaged the staff were with the guests. Was in deluxe room and was really nice. Will definitely stay there again. Read a few reviews that mentioned the property was a bit tired.. While i agree abit of a paint touch up wouldnt hurt, the place is kept very clean and the grounds are beautiful and tropical feeling. Also read some reviews mentioning noise. Wasnt a problem for us.. Sure there is the sounds of the tropics at night, but hey its Bali. We were up front so there was some accoustic serenading from the bar across the street at night, but we found it relaxing. If its a problem maybe ask for a room down the back of the resort?"

"Absolutely loved every minute of our stay. Super luxurious and the staff made sure to make us feel super welcome. The treat you like royalty it was the best 7 days of our lives i will definitely be recommending to family and freinds and one more thing the views of the ocean were unreal. "I couldn't believe how beautiful the resort was. The bungalows provide a treetop view that was breathtaking every morning. Like waking up in the sky. When you get behind the gated resort its like another world and the staff were so nice, on time and available for anything you asked for it was like we paid for butler service. Eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the sky overlooking a view that should have cost way more than we were charged never got old. After a night stay i was ready to go home because we missed our daughter but upon leaving me and my husband were both happy and sad. Happy because God allowed us to travel and experience such beauty on this earth and sad because we were not going to wake up to the peace, beauty, and natural sounds of nature we had come to enjoy. "

"The service at this place is 100 out of 10. The property itself is so beautiful but what takes it to the next level is the wonderful staff. Everyone at this place goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. The food at Deeva restaurant is outstanding. Shout out to the superstars who made my stay here so wonderful : First I would like to mention my driver Putra who has far exceeded my expectations. I have a problem with my knees and can not climb too many stairs. But my driver assisted me in every step of the way, and it was only because of him that I was able to explore so many wonderful places which I could not explore on my own. Putra, I want you to know that your kindness has not gone unappreciated. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your exceptional service. And every time I come to Ubud, I want you to be my driver. The other person I wanted to mention is Listia, who made me feel so welcomed when I first entered the property. She went above and beyond to make sure that my room is to my liking. Truly exceptional service that I have not seen anywhere else. Listia, I want you to know that your efforts have made a huge impact and I truly appreciate everything that you have done for me. Every single person here is an absolute gem and their service is truly praiseworthy. It’s because of the wonderful people here at Udaya that I extended my stay and I can not wait to come back to Bali and stay at Udaya again."
