"I will start with the positive: the staff is polite and courteous. The room is basic and was relatively clean. Now for why I will never stay at this location again. I reserved a King bed studio. I utilized the pullout sofa since no double bed options were available. It was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was uneven and lacked cushion. The fitted sheet had a large stain in the middle of the sheet (obviously it was not changed by housekeeping). The phone in my room didn't work so I couldn't...
