This rural and charming retreat will give you the perfect Northwoods getaway! With a view of Little Arbor Vitae Lake and a spot for your boat at the dock, you can easily spend the days on the water. During the winter, the snowmobile trails run right past the driveway. Come up north and relax - your next adventure is waiting for you!

Curl up in the inviting living area and watch TV or read a good book as one of your guests treats you to a delicious dinner prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. If you need a little more space, take a look at Roadside 1 and 2 to rent both halves of this duplex together.

What's nearby:
You'll find many activities, including go-karting and miniature golf, minutes away. You can visit any of the neighboring towns and find fabulous restaurants and a variety of shopping options. If outdoor activities are your thing, you have nearby access to ATV/UTV and bike trails, and many lakes in addition to Little Arbor Vitae. Little Arbor Vitae Lake is a 480-acre lake with a maximum depth of 32 feet. Fish include musky, panfish, largemouth bass, and walleye. The lake's water clarity is low.

Overall not bad
Had difficulty getting in due to passcode not working. Waited on hold for 35 minutes vefore getting to somoneone. Once got to someone, was able to quickly get in. Did nkt rely on the passcode to get in, we used the key instead. Overall wasnt a bad stay, very bice neighborhood. Lake was in a hugh algea bloom so we stayed away from the water, but the wildlife around was still a pleasure to see each dsy

Big disappointment.
Couldn’t get into the rental for over 4 hours due to a dead battery on the combination lock. TV didn’t work and was misled about WIFI when I was texted I would get a password for WIFI. The shower was unsafe to use having to step over a bathtub with no grab bars to hold on to. The grounds around the cottage were unsafe with holes and uneven surfaces by the step to the porch and throughout the resort. We didn’t feel we could stay mostly because of the safety issues so we left in the early morning after the first night.

Was not like the picture. Door frame molding was down preventing the door to open properly. Fridge was making loud noise and popping that would wake you up.. We ended up leaving a day earlier to spend the night in a hotel. Would not recommend this place.

Not for snowmobilers with a trailer
There was zero communication with owners when asking about parking and trailer room. Nightmare parking situation and would have needed a tow truck if not for spending over an 1.5hrs with the help of 2 men staying next door to help extract truck and trailer with no where - anywhere on property to turn around. Extremely narrow, ICY, steep drive with LOTS of trees making it impossible to maneuver anywhere. Yes, we had 4WD (and 2 tow straps and another truck and a LOT of swearing.) Not the best way to start a vacation. All they had to do was answer my parking question submitted 2 days prior to arrival. VRBO used to be a great concept and you did talk to the owners- now it’s nothing but fees and silence. VERY disappointing and very expensive for a 1950’s cabin with 1970’s updates.

Home had a bad odor. Tv didn’t work. Deadbolt for the door didn’t work. Was told they DIDNT have a grill, but pulled up and charcoal grill was there. Dock was nice but water depth at the dock is about 1 foot. Fishing stunk (unless you like catching 3 inch perch). This is a duplex. Neighbors on other side had same issues with smell and TV. IMO not worth the money spent....
