"We spend 4 days in Zhangjiajie/Wulingyuan. The hotel was perfect. Walking distance to park entrance. The hotel staff was very friendly and always helpful. (Forgot my mobile charger and they gave me one for the whole stay) Especially Joanna (English speaking) helped us a lot with transfers etc. The breakfast is a good mix of western and Chinese food. We also ordered food for room service, it was very good. The rooms are very big and the beds are spacious. "

"The hotel is amazing, great staff and excellent food. It is in walking distance to the entrance of the park. The tricky piece is getting there! The road to that entrance of the park is a dirt bumpy road with lots of twists and turns; one that will jar you around for sure But once you get there you’re welcomed by a wonderful staff and a great little hotel. The room that we had had a beautiful view of the mountains."

"Overall a very good place to stay. Very close to the National Forest attractions. Staff will need translator to communicate. They can’t understand English but they are very helpful and friendly. Special mention to the waitress Li Ping on our floor. She was very helpful and took care of use very well. "

"The front staff didn't speak English (though, someone was e-mailing me in English, but I guess I never met this person). We used a translator app back and forth which helped a lot, so I was grateful they had that. In order to use the AC I had to go down to the front desk each day and ask them to turn it on. When I needed directions, they went to another hotel to get someone who spoke English (which solved the problem, but would have been great to have that person at this hotel). The beds are...
