They had many amenities and a nice, calm atmosphere perfect for relaxation and a soak in their Onsen. "We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious for Japan standards and had everything we needed. We did not cook but there was coffee and tea. The location is amazing. Quiet but just around the corner are great restaurants. The memorial site/park/museum was 10-15 minute walk. The day pass made it easy to ride the trams. Communication from our host was wonderful with easy self checkin. Highly recommend! "

"This was SUCH an incredible hotel. I’d easily stay here again. My only issue with it was that there were too many hidden fees that are listed as included. For example you have to pay $21 each to use the onsen PER DAY. You also have to pay a separate $21 if you want to use the gym.. PER DAY! I wish these costs were included. The free shuttle was great and never busy, and the local bus also stopped at the hotel frequently so it’s very easy to get around. It’s a bonus that you can catch the ferry...
