For the watersports, boating or fishing enthusiast this property has it all. There is a sandy beach for swimming or launching kayaks. Throw a line in from the pontoon and clean your catch of the day in the fish cleaning station under the palm trees. A public boat ramp is only minutes away. Rinse off under the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.

With four tastefully decorated bedrooms and three bathrooms there is plenty of room to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. For added flexibility and privacy, Copacabana House features a self-contained studio downstairs, complete with its own kitchenette and bathroom. This separate living space is perfect for extended families, couples or friends traveling together.
