Lighthouse Unit 2, TOP NOTCH

Fabulous location, a 200-metre scenic walk to the lighthouse, beaches, the Clarence River, restaurants, and charming Yamba Village.

This 2-bedroom townhouse, opposite the lighthouse, has been beautifully renovated to create a spacious and stylish living area with new kitchen and timber floors. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms with the master bedroom having a sliding glass door entrance to a small pebbled fenced in courtyard. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. A delightful travertine bathroom is located on this level. With the laundry at the entrance.

Upstairs contains your spacious and stylish open living, dining, and kitchen area. Glass sliding doors lead off the lounge area to the balcony with wooden table and barbeque. Soak in the winter sun from this northern aspect.

You will not be disappointed with this lovely property. Simply perfect for a small family.

About the location:

Situated at the top of the hill close to the Lighthouse, Turners and Main Beach with its famous Ocean Rock Pool, and Convent Beach. You also have the choice of any of the other beautiful beaches in Yamba - Pippi Beach, Lovers Point, Whiting Beach, or a little further out is Angourie with Green Point, Blue Pools, Spooky s Beach. Choose from fishing and water sports on the Clarence River or Lake Wooloweyah. Park the car and walk to gift stores, boutiques, grocery stores, cafes, bars, and restaurants in Yamba's Main Street. Take in a meal and entertainment at the Golf or Bowling Clubs. For those rainy or lazy days, you could catch at movie at Yamba Cinema which is located just above the main street in Yamba. If you don't feel like walking, there are courtesy buses provided and run by both clubs. Additionally, the Yamba Shores Tavern is the perfect spot on the river, for a drink and a bite to eat.

Linen is NOT provided. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels. Linen hire is available from The Laundry Yamba 6646 1571.

We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies. NO WIFI. STRA Registration number is PID-STRA-19756

Great location.
Great location. Nice views from patio. Well set up kitchen. Comfy enough. Even had ice in the freezer for drinks. The unit was clean but could have been cleaner. Under sofa has not been mopped or vacuumed in a while, and it's the first thing you see when coming up the stairs. Otherwise everything was fine.
