"The spa takes the top spot. This was my second stay at the hotel. It has some idiosyncrasies: eg the reusable slippers. Cheap hotels in Japan have reusable slippers - it does not work well. Another idiosyncrasy - one cannot turn off automatic light in the bathroom. So be prepared for a strong flash of light if you have to use the bathroom at night. But other than that, the staff is proficient in english, very courteous and the hotel has great views and spa that can't be beat!!! Will come again!!!"

And if you suffer a cramp or pulled muscle, check out Cenvaree Spa also located on the 4th floor too. Here you’ll be greeted by friendly staff members and tea. I chose the hour session and the price was affordable. In fact, the cost of my room for a five-star hotel was overall affordable. The size and cleanliness of my room by far the best I’ve stayed at. I’ll definitely be back in 2026!!! "

"Great! It’s the second time I stayed in this hotel. I like that it is very convenient. It is right above Yodobashi and next to Lucua and Lucua 1000. These are the reasons why I will come back. The rooms are quite clean as well. I will choose this hotel again if I go to Osaka again."

"My only issue with the hotel is that they need a better option to store luggage so that it does not overtake the lobby at various times of the day, notably during checkout and check-in times. Otherwise, this hotel is modern and nothing short of amazing. The staff is attentive and answer your questions graciously. I liked the proximity to Osaka Station, shopping and restaurants. It will surely be on my travel plans in my next stay to Osaka."
