"Greatocation for access to all areas of Yellowstone. Room was spacious,.comfortable and the little fridge was handy. Coin operated laundry nearby too. Staff were friendly and helpful, had to wait to check-in due to being very busy, but all went smoothly."

"This property has three types of accommodations - the hotel itself, cabins and a lodge which are all close to the main hotel. The main hotel does not offer king beds and if you want this type of room, you will be assigned to the lodge. This building was once used to house staff. That tells you all you need to know - bare bones, but decent. No staff are onsite at the lodge. It is primarily for sleeping. There are 4 chairs in a little sitting area right by the front door. The bathroom...

"The room was modern and was laid out nicely, I loved my pillows, and the staff was very friendly and inviting. However, we could hear people through the walls and hallway noise was loud. Also, we could hear snowmobile engine noise outside our window until around 10:00 pm. It was tough to find a parking spot but the staff tried to ease that by asking snowmobilers to park their sleds on trailers instead of taking up parking spaces. It was a busy holiday weekend!"

"No food, not very convenience "

"The staff seemed busy, so we had a late response. The breakfast is good; just please don't put plastic bags under the food. It could be toxic with high heat. The indoor pool is clean with a hot tub, which is nice for the whole family. "
