"The facilities are dated. The service can be a little slow. But overall, so beautiful and at the price point I think a great deal. The breakfast is pretty good, go early if you want less of a crowd. The food overall was well priced (higher than usual Vietnam prices but well lower than equivalent properties in the US) and delicious. "Our stay was very good. Great staff. Breakfast had many options. Its clean and has many amenities. Access to the beach with lots of local shopping a eating choices. We were pk the 31st floor at could hear the music from the club but didnt last to late in the evening. Also the sound from next room and the hall could be heard. Otherwise, for the value, location, service and cleanliness 5/5."

"We had a great stay there! We took the all inclusives stays. It was good! Unfortunately, no height restriction for the slides was mentionned before booking, my son was too short and could not enjoy the slides, that was sad!"

Some of the extra entertainment options like the mini-golf and the basketball courts needed improvement/ repair. The beach access was incredible! However, be prepared for no/little sleep.
