"The apartment is in a great location with a mall in the ground floor and a view of the ocean from the balcony. Bad thing is the apartment had a TON of ants. There was a trail of ants crawling from the floor to the dining table and when we checked out we found an entire swarm of ants under one of our luggages."

"Whoever manages this property is horrible! We spent 3-4 hours trying to get a hold of the host. We couldn’t find the place because it’s all new developments. This place is located on top of a coffee shop. The employees at the coffee shop had no idea what was going on. There were 3 separate people telling us to go to different locations. No one showed up to meet with us to show the property. It was such a disaster!!!! Avoid this place at all cost! The host messaged me back after 2 hours trying to...

"After multiple emails up to two days out, several phone calls, both to the host and to Vrbo. There was never response from the host. I ended up booking a hotel at my own cost and disputing this transaction on my credit card."
