"Check in was good. We was greeted warmly, told that despite our short stay we should make the most of the facilities and informed of the pool and gym opening times, he even helped us when the keys were not working, and helped us find a shop when the restaurant was shut. Issues came on check out, we checked out on time. We asked if we can use the pool and gym as we had a later bus (less than 5 mins away, hence us booking this hotel) we were told yes of course but the pool was shut for the next...

"I am guessing the view varies depending on the room you have. For me, the view is multi-million dollars. The host that I worked with was extremely friendly. She allows me to check in at noon, had a case of water ready for me in the room, and super responsive to every questions I had."

"The location was great! The staff were amazing. Always ready to reply to our messges. The unit was amazingly clean. Very spacious and the view from the 26th floor was spectacular! Highly recommend staying here, very affordable especially in a major city. Many late night quick shops downstairs for last minute needs. Thank you staff! It was a pleasure staying at the River Gate! "

"Located above a coffee shop, this apartment was a nice size for a backpacking couple. There are no elevators, so be ready to climb some stairs. Our room came with everything we needed for our stay. There are tons of shopping areas around and the entire area is very walkable to local views like the lake. I would recommend staying here."

"Terrible smell in the room. There’s no lights in hallways at night time. Completely dark. I have to use my phone light to get to the elevator. Inside elevator, lights also very very low. I feel like I’m in a haunted house. I would NOT recommend this place."

"It was good room was good for price and nice pool and gym, close to city as well"

"Had an amazing stay, the host was very helpful and response was always fast and easy! Even upgraded our room to a two bed room! Basically attached to a mall with a movie theater! Also has a mini mart down stairs right next to the entrance for snacks or supplies for your stay. Definitely recommend!"

"The place is very clean and cosy. I had a relaxing stay. The owners were very nice. The placd itself is close to the core of District 1 on a busy thoroughfare so you will hear the constant honking of motorcycles, cars, and trucks. Other than that, it's a great location. In Saigon, you have to know how to play Frogger and that doesn't matter where you stay. Besides that, the hallways are super warm and humid. The unit offers an immediate repriefe from the heat. "

"Good place good location. Has washing machine if you need to do laundry. Balcony has sun most of the day which is nice. Internet went down for like an coupdl og hours at night but was sorted. Pool is nice busy on weekends with kids but go early or later in the day. Super close to airport. Cheap Supermarket underneath building. Rented scooter aswell and can be stored at night for free. All good "

"I had a good staying, communication takes some effort and check in takes a lot of time due to late or incorrect instructions. First unit where I stayed was not beet clean, however I got transferred to a perfectly clean unit afterwards. It’s worth the price. "

"This hotel is in a prime location with easy access to everything. The hotel is well maintained and staff are very friendly and accomodating. As I was sick for part of the stay, multiple staff would always check in to see how I was doing and offered their assistance. Housekeeping was especially accomodating to everything I needed. 'Thanh' my housekeeper, she was amazing and made my stay very pleasant. There was alot of attention to detail, providing a wonderful overall experience. Thank you!"

"The hotel is in a central location, our room was clean & well equipped with a aircon. We stayed at this hotel for several nights, mainly due to the fantastic service of Jimmi. He helped us organise tours & transport & even came with us to a pharmacy down the road to translate when we were having trouble."

"We loved our rooms, all the Christmas decorations, the water parks, the rooftop infinity pool and the spa. The breakfast buffet and the restaurants were great too. We would definitely go back and stay there next time we visit Da Nang. "

"The picture on Expedia.com is exactly what you get. Super friendly staff, from the bell boy to the receptionist. The rooms are clean and comfortable. No complains from me and our family of 14 including kids. The staff are so cheerful, helpful, and full of enthusiasm that makes this hotel stands out from the other hotels I had been. Breakfast menu is good with a good choice of buffet and ala carte. Need to specially mention the 2 receptionist that were there during our 4 days 3 nights stay, Ms.Anna and another one (sorry forgot your name), they really made our day with their lovely smiles and greetings ! Overall in terms of hospitality, it is the best hotels I had been to (trust me)..It maybe a 4 star hotel, but with a 5 star hospitality service."
