"This hotel may be rated as a Four star but the staff were five star. They were very helpful in arranging tours and the restaurants they suggested were great. The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. It is located in the old quarter of Hanoi where the traffic was crazy - more scooters than I have ever seen in my life and where people work and eat on the sidewalks during the day. If you want to be part of the action, this is a great location. Jimmi and his staff made our visit to Hanoi a great experience. "

"overall a fantastic stay. rooms were soundproof, though in the morning we could hear some of the incessant horning on the main street. breakfast food were ok with huge variety (e.g. pastries, cheese, korean, western and indian cuisine), and menu changed relatively frequently. however, the dining area had poor ventilation and we always ended up with the food smell on our clothes and hair."
