"Lack of parking, and couldn't access 2nd basement level parking at Adelaide St. When we reported this, was told to park on the street - there is no close street parking! Access card wouldn't open the terrace gate either. Checked with reception the next day and was told "oh yeah, other people have said that too". Thats not good customer service. The fridge supplied, wouldnt get cold. No freezer. Excerise step supplied to get into the bath/shower. Then the glass door wouldnt open and i was...

They offer a fantastic breakfast that is included in your stay. It was run by an amazing kind and friendly breakfast team, they made our stay so warm and friendly. "

"Spacious, clean and impressively maintained apartment. Good kitchen with plenty of appropriate crockery, cutlery and kitchenware. The view is amazing. Comfortable beds and bathrooms. Close to shops and beach. A bit of a task to carry belongings up the stairs. We have no hesitation in recommending. "
