"Probably the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in in the uk. Location was perfect 30 secs walk from train station and 10 min walk straight into city centre. We had the best views from our room straight out over the garden and city and the catherdral. Room was huge and comfortable. The whole hotel was glorious and staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was yummy I would definitely come back here again . "

"I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time as I wanted to park my car before heading off to my engagement. The receptionist was able to book me into a room early which was really useful. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. I found it a bit of a tight squeeze in the bathroom to open the door, go inside and close the door behind me, however the facilities were as you'd expect them to be. "Don’t recall booking an accessible room. Because of the adapted accessibility the shower wasn’t great. Wouldn’t have been perfect if not mobile but would have preferred a better shower that would have been in a room that wasn’t adapted for accessibility."
